by Client: Intuit
The Brief

Intuit’s Small Business Centre provides small business owners with information, tools and guidance for running their business and managing their finances.

Intuit already had a strategy for its US audience, but needed to align its messaging globally – while tailoring the approach to reflect the individual needs, challenges and opportunities of each regional audience and market.

  • To better understand the content needs of each market (Brazil, Canada, UK)
  • To educate and engage local teams to align the approach and implement publishing best practices.
  • To identify and utilise different amplification channels across markets.
  • To increase local engagement, lead generation and sales.
The Response

We started with a workshop in each region to review how local audiences were responding to existing content, as well as identifying where and how the local approach was (or should be) diverging from the global strategy. Based on these findings, King Content developed a set of recommendations and provided support to local teams in implementing these changes. King Content has also been managing the production and amplification of content for Intuit in the UK, Canada and Brazil through social media and native advertising.
