A Night to Remember: Celebrating Excellence at the ICMA 25 Ceremony

On 22nd January, 2026 the industry came together for an unforgettable night of celebration, connection and recognition.

Hosted at London’s highest event space, Landing Forty Two, the awards ceremony quite literally took the celebrations to new heights. With breathtaking views across the capital, a packed-out venue, and a free-flowing bar, the atmosphere was electric from the moment doors opened.

The room was filled with an incredible mix of agency and brand leaders, with entrants travelling from across the world to be part of the evening, which capped off the 2025 International Content Marketing Award Programme. Another reminder of just how global and how connected our industry has become.

Guiding us through the night was comedian and presenter Tom Houghton, who brought humour, energy and just the right amount of chaos to keep the crowd engaged as winners were announced.

A Standout Year for First-Time Winners

One of the most exciting aspects of the night was the sheer number of first-time winners taking to the stage.

Among the standout moments was Digitas Thailand, who took home five gold and two silver awards for their work, Krungthai FinFit, for Krungthai Bank. The judges were struck by the strength of the creative framework and the quality of the execution, calling out social content that felt personal and human rather than broadcast. The result was work that not only delivered on purpose, but achieved standout effectiveness and public sentiment, earning genuine applause from peers in the room on the night.

We also saw three new agencies take top honours across our Grand Prix (Best Agency) categories, celebrating excellence across every size and structure. Group SJR took home Best Agency (Large), 2stories were awarded Best Agency (Medium), Wonderthink secured Best Agency (Small), and Woolworths SA was recognised as Best In-House Agency. Together, these winners highlighted the breadth of talent across the industry, proving that outstanding work comes in many forms, from global operations to agile independents and in-house teams delivering impact from within.

15+ Years of Celebrating Brilliance and Still Going Strong

With the International Content Marketing Awards now running for over 15 years, this year’s ceremony proved that the event continues to grow in both scale and impact. The feedback since the night has been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising everything from the venue and organisation to the diversity and quality of the winners.

An incredible night, filled with celebration, inspiration and well-deserved recognition, and if this year is anything to go by, the future of the awards (and the industry) has never looked brighter.

Our Early Bird entry window offers the best-value opportunity to take part our next International Content Marketing Awards, with the window open to everyone, regardless of membership or sector. Entrants can secure the early bird rate by purchasing entries now, with no need to mention categories or submit work until later in the year. Multiple categories and projects can be entered, giving teams the flexibility to showcase the full breadth of their work. All entries will be judged by independent content marketing experts through a two-stage process, for work delivered between June 2025 and July 2026. Full category criteria will be shared ahead of the submission portal opening in May.
