We are looking for an accomplished communications practitioner with significant agency or inhouse experience in running integrated corporate communications campaigns both nationally and globally. The individual will play a pivotal role at the heart of one of the world’s fastest growing consultancies, working in an entrepreneurial environment and forming part of a strong global team.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative and integrated communications strategies aimed at enhancing and protecting the reputation of prestigious influential corporate brands in a variety of sectors from energy to financial services.
In this position, you will work in close co-operation with our Head of Digital based in London as well as our global team of digital specialists on the ongoing development of the Kekst CNC integrated communications offering, with the aim of enhancing our digital advisory capabilities. You will play a major part in leading integrated consulting services within significant client projects or mandates, advising clients on digital campaigns, pitching for new clients and developing own pipeline of digital business. You will act as a strategic and trusted advisor for our clients in areas such as analytics, social media, digital campaigns, digital reputation and content creation. Finally, you will act as coach, adviser and expert for peers and all staff to instil further digital competences
•Multiple years of experience in digital campaign and integrated communications execution in agencies or comparable environments.
•Client account management experience, including leading junior staff on projects, as well as previous experience in leading on successful new business opportunities.
•Intellectual rigor, excellent analytical and insights capabilities and effective problem solving, including knowledge and experience with an online monitoring/social listening tool such as Quid, Pulsar, Sysomos, and BrandWatch.
•Experience in running SEO, paid campaigns, online analytics and content/channel performance reporting, data visualisation and online dashboards.
•Experience in executing online editorial campaigns, development of creative content, video production and running effective social media-led campaigns across international markets.
•Excellent organisational, time and priority management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once alongside an active interest in current affairs
•Deep knowledge of emerging digital and social trends across multiple markets. You show an international mindset, hands-on mentality, want to be part of a team and contribute with your ideas and suggestions.
•You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and can participate in board level discussions, leading the digital part. You earned your Bachelor’s degree or similar in, for example, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Campaigning or Media and Communication Management.
•The role is conditional on you having, or obtaining, the right to work in the UK.
