Digital Agency Launches New Webinar Service

By BrandContent on

Cardiff-based digital PR and content agency, BrandContent, has developed a new webinar service to support brands in response to the continued cancellation of conferences and face-to-face meetings.

Developed specifically for brands with limited experience and resource, the training and support will help in-house marketers to identify their target audiences, and develop bespoke webinars to promote their thought leadership and services.

The specialist team at BrandContent will assist with all aspects of the webinar development, from identifying the engaging topics to designing supporting materials.

A dedicated presentation coach with over 10 years’ experience will also be on hand to train all speakers on their webinar communication skills and will offer advice on tackling common problems like managing nerves, building confidence and the importance of voice and body language.

The agency’s webinar service will help brands to reach their audience while staying safe and socially distant at the same time.

Webinar in progress

BrandContent has already helped FundsLibrary, an industry leading provider of fund data and regulatory and digital solutions, with the development of several webinars for their customers.

Gemma Bennett, marketing manager at FundsLibrary said: “BrandContent worked with us to produce a series of webinars on some very complex topics. The team took the heavy lifting off us by interviewing our experts, doing additional research around the topic and supporting on scripts for our very busy team. They also provided webinar speaker training which the team found incredibly helpful and insightful.

“Without the support of the BrandContent team, it would have been very time-consuming for us produce such a high-quality webinar in-house. For us, the biggest value was being able to provide content for our clients in a clear and useful way, with our usual expertise and attention to detail.”

The new product offering comes after a period of impressive growth for the agency. At the beginning of the year the agency boosted its PR team with two new hires and expanded again in May with the appointment of a new associate director and creative lead.

James Cuff, associate director of BrandContent said: “As social distancing continues and face-to-face meetings remain on hold, we’re incredibly excited to be offering this new service that will help brands to reach and engage with their audience.

“From identifying the engaging topics to designing the webinar materials, we will step in and go through every detail to take the weight off the client and use our expertise to make sure the webinar experience is the best it can be.

BrandContent was named the Best Small Content Marketing Agency in the UK for the second consecutive year at the 2019 International Content Marketing Awards; one of five honours received. These awards joined the agency’s trophy cabinet alongside the five awards won at the 2019 CIPR Awards. BrandContent was also a finalist in the 2019 PR Week Awards in the financial services category.

The fast-growing list of clients working with BrandContent alongside FundsLibrary include FTSE 100-listed Admiral, AIM-Listed Equals, Principality Building Society, PIB Group, Ageas, NFU Mutual, Loop and several tech clients in the UK.
