Video Content Breakfast
The CMA regularly hosts breakfast sessions to explore different areas of content marketing so that our community can learn from experts in the industry to improve their content plans and knowledge. This breakfast is being hosted as a virtual webinar series and will be focused on using video as a content marketing tool.
Each session will run for approximately 15 minutes with time for Q&A, and we’ll be pausing for a break midway through the morning so that you can grab a coffee to refuel before getting stuck in to part 2! Don’t worry if you can’t watch the webinar series live, as you can register to watch the replay on demand at a more convenient time. Just remember to register for both sessions!

Thomas is an editor and video producer from London. Currently lead video producer making high quality daily Vlogs at disruptive marketing agency, Goat. It’s been well over 300 days and they’ve still not missed one. The product has proven a massive business generator for Goat by simply letting the world behind the curtain of a much misunderstood new wave of marketing; influencers.
Tom is now turning his sights to the Podcast market and currently produces 5 separate business and strategy podcasts that go out Mon-Fri under the umbrella of The Marketing Agency.

Sara is Exec Producer for the EMEA team at Bloomberg Media Studios. Sara works on international content partnerships running across Bloomberg’s multimedia portfolio, including Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg.com. Sara’s role includes devising brand building solutions that impact government policy and influence foreign direct investment. Sara has a strong track record in creative production, she was a Senior Development producer at ITN Productions and has produced documentaries and factual programmes for ITV, BBC, National Geographic and Channel 4.

Sarah is Head of Partnerships at TCO London. Sarah works on global brand partnerships across TCO’s two media brands Huck and Little White Lies. Sarah works with brands to bring them closer to culture by leveraging TCO’s global network of writers, illustrators, photographers, activists and filmmakers to access unique and inspiring stories from around the world.
A branded content specialist, Sarah joined TCO in 2020 having spent almost 9 years at Channel 4 within their brand partnerships team. Sarah has been the creative and commercial lead behind multiple award winning campaigns for the likes of John Lewis, giffgaff and Taylors of Harrogate.

How to present well on camera
Before moving into branded video Richard directed many of the BBC’s biggest shows (Top Gear, Gardener’s World, Saturday Kitchen etc) and many of their biggest presenters and celebs (Jeremy Clarkson, Monty Don, Kate Humble, Jill Dando, Joan Collins, etc). His company Kaptcha produces award-winning videos for some of the UK’s biggest companies – often featuring FTSE 100 CEOs to senior managers to members of the public. “It’s important that people feel comfortable in front of the camera, then they can focus on getting their message across with confidence” says Richard. Juliet Mann is part of China Global Television Network’s London on-air team, covering stories from Covid-19 to digital innovation to global economic meltdown. Juliet also moderates conferences and seminars across the globe, hosts awards ceremonies and has trained bosses and spokespeople from top companies in sectors including automotive, retail, finance, technology, pharmaceuticals, government and charity. Adam & Joe, video creators for Meantime Media, have gained an identity for thinking outside the box creatively to increase the impact of a project and its budget. Strange ideas and an offbeat approach is like nectar to these lads, though they do have to be reigned in a little sometimes.
