Spafax develops Lufthansa account
Global media agency Spafax is developing its Lufthansa account following its recent unveiling of a new digital platform.
A tenthavenue WPP company with offices worldwide, Spafax currently provides Lufthansa with inflight entertainment.
Spafax’s publishing department in the London head office, in collaboration with the Frankfurt office, also produces the bilingual content for its inflight entertainment guides.
Spafax has now launched ICON, a family of products designed to enhance airline entertainment, with Lufthansa debuting the ICON suite’s new PROFILE platform in early 2016.
PROFILE is a personalisation website that delivers entertainment recommendations for passengers. Its utilisation of algorithm aims to drive customer loyalty by enabling people to plan their onboard entertainment pre-flight.
This customer engagement development ties together Spafax expertise in entertainment management, content creation and media sales.
Spafax produces print, digital and video content for clients including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Air Canada, Singapore Airlines, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and Mercedes-Benz, to name a few.
In the London office, department heads collaborating on content marketing accounts include digital content director Jonathan Gilbert, media sales director Phil Peachey, editor in chief Richard Rawlinson, and video production director Ed Oppe.
