The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced marketer who will be responsible for executing Raconteur’s lead generation campaigns across all of our B2B product portfolios. As well as managing our email marketing across the company, you will be the ‘go to’ person for our CRM and technology used by the marketing team. This individual needs to be analytical in their approach, with a high attention to detail and passionate about searching for actionable insights and experimenting for performance.

Top three responsibilities 

  1. Work with Head of Marketing  to develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and demand for Raconteur’s products and services
  2. Collate data-driven insights on marketing activity through reporting, analysis, and insights, providing conclusions and actionable recommendations as appropriate
  3. Help manage and utilise our digital marketing budget for shaping and implementing our digital advertising activities to target ideal prospects online

The ideal candidate 

  • Prior experience of working with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Relevant experience in email marketing and B2B demand generation
  • Advanced ability in Excel and the use of databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Superb communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Experience of working and performing in a high pressured, fast paced, environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience of executing and evaluating B2B marketing campaigns
  • Evidence of a detailed understanding of all marketing communication activities
