Impact with Clients

Whether we are in marketing, sales or production we all have clients. Building lasting relationships is key to developing business, solving problems and retaining our clients so learning how to do this is essential. This one day programme explores communication styles, building trust and how to use your personal brand to make an impact.

What Will You Learn?

AM Session: 09:30

You will learn the importance of your personal brand, how to build key elements of that and create actions to use with clients.

You will use questionnaire to explore your own communication style and that of your clients and create strategies or improving relationships through a more sophisticated approach.

You will learn techniques to help you negotiate deadlines, push back on decisions and get your point heard.

PM Session: 14:15

The afternoon session allows you to bring live client issues to the workshop and discover new ways to tackle classic issues. You will also use the work of the Trusted Adviser to help you plan how to build more-lasting relationships and develop more client opportunities.

EmEmma Johnsonma is an experienced L&D and media professional with a background in business, specialising in areas of management development and communication skills. She worked with MediaCom for over a decade and with a range of sectors spanning telecoms and sports sponsorship, before joining our training team.

Emma builds courses that meet the practical and developmental needs of organisations using a common sense, real world approach.
