We are rapidly expanding our dynamic team and are looking for a passionate, charismatic and self-motivated talent executive to join our talent management arm of the business, The Fifth Talent.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Talent Assistant reports into our Senior Talent Manager and Director. The Talent Assistant needs to be extremely organised, diligent, hard-working and an effective communicator. You will play a vital role within the team by executing campaigns and ensuring that all administrative and day to day tasks are completed to the highest standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Effectively manage the diaries of the talent ensuring that schedules, events and live dates are all communicated effectively
  • Assisting on brand partnerships. Briefing, contracting and logistical planning for brand campaigns
  • Handling admin tasks for the talent on a day-to-day level ensuring that they are responded to quickly and in the talent’s preferred communication style. This includes gifting opportunities, case studies, charity partnerships, updating media decks, talent stats and our company website
  • Working with the talent to execute their campaign and assist on any post-campaign analysis
  • Manage all logistics for events, photoshoots and any other talent commitments including call sheets, travel, accommodation, and timings
  • Work alongside the Director to ensure invoicing and financial processes are followed and implemented across the team and new starters

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience working with talent in any capacity; whether that be management or campaign agency side in influencer marketing
  • Firm knowledge of talent across fitness, beauty, fashion, health, lifestyle, food, travel, culture and tech verticals
  • Have a personal interest in social media and different platforms
  • Understand trends and topics which relate to content creators and social media
  • Experience with influencer costs, what factors drive fees and how to adjust scope of services appropriately in a negotiation; including licensing parameters and usage
  • A highly organised, charismatic and self-motivated individual who is confident in dealing with clients, talent, production and other third-parties
  • Positive, can-do, supportive and collaborative attitude
  • A personal passion for social media platforms and content creators
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and deliver messages effectively
  • A strict attention to detail and ability to prioritise and to focus on multiple tasks at once
  • Confident with Gmail/Drive/Google Calendar/Google Sheets and Canva
