Zurich Municipal is part of the Zurich Insurance Group, and one of the leading providers of risk and insurance solutions to Local Authorities, Schools, Charities and the Social Housing sector. The challenge was to to deliver a multi-channel content strategy, which would streamline internal and external content production and publishing.
Remarkable Content followed a collaborative approach with Zurich Municipal’s marketing team, dividing the project into three phases, Discover, Develop and Deliver. Our methodology included a combination of: online audience surveys, internal stakeholder research, stakeholder interviews with board directors and staff, content team workshops, a full content audit of the website and further desk research.
A content strategy was produced which clearly defined Zurich Municipal’s strategic vision, missions and strategy. Inefficiencies in Zurich Municipal’s existing content creation process have been eradicated with a new production process. Content is now led by clear customer insight, inspired by customer’s needs and driven by defined editorial pillars to ensure the most value is extracted from each individual piece of content, leading to money and efficiency savings. The full strategy has been delivered as a presentation to the heads of segment, as a training workshop to staff, and at board level.
