Nuffield Health needed to improve its digital content production for a large-scale, employee and customer engagement push. As a healthcare provider its content has to provide relevant, qualified and trustworthy advice. It has been able to use Content Cloud to commission videos and blogs.
The first project was for nine short videos to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month for employees. On Content Cloud’s marketplace they found a video production company able to deliver the project within budget and to tight deadlines. The end product surpassed the client’s already high expectations.
The success of this first project led to a further 39 videos being commissioned within two months. Some were complex videos supporting a national advertising campaign. But the majority form a weekly piece of content on the website to be published alongside specialist blogs written by a specialist health journalist commissioned through Content Cloud.
Nuffield Health has thus used the platform to find writers with specific sector knowledge and to form an ongoing relationship with a video production company.
